This webinar will provide:
practical tips for managing suppliers’ performance by using contractual levers, particularly for the delivery of ongoing services (e.g. technology solutions, outsourced services etc.). The session will focus on key aspects of contracts which are typically of relevance during the life of the contract, including implementation plans, dispute resolution, supplier defaults and remedies, contract variations and termination rights. Harald Loeffler, a partner in DACB’s Manchester office litigation team and Chris Air, a Senior Associate in the commercial contracts and technology team will deliver this session, offering tips on ensuring that the contract is drafted in a robust fashion, how to manage the contract during its term, and also steps to take if you face a dispute with your supplier.
