This webinar will provide:
practical tips for managing suppliers’ performance by using contractual levers, particularly for the delivery of ongoing services (e.g. technology solutions, outsourced services etc.). The session will focus on key aspects of contracts which are typically of relevance during the life of the contract, including implementation plans, dispute resolution, supplier defaults and remedies, contract variations and termination rights.
