Litigation/Licensing Lawyer
Cheshire East Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Litigation Lawyer to join our Corporate and Regulatory Legal Team. The post holder will be responsible for attending Licensing committees and conducting their own substantial and varied caseload of criminal and civil litigation matters to support the Regulatory Functions of the Authority including Trading Standards, Licensing, Planning and Highways.

The successful candidate will have a local authority background and have the benefit of experience of working in an in-house legal team. You will be an experienced Litigation Lawyer and a team player who takes pride in delivering a high quality services and is able to work under pressure. We are looking for someone who is committed to this area of law with a genuine enthusiasm for their work.
