Welcome to your New Year Consortium newsletter which brings you up to date with what has been going on and looks
forward to what lies ahead for your Consortium in 2012.
2011 was a busy year in which we have seen our membership increase to 34 authorities,
We've provided over 1100 CPD hours of free training and have reported on the delivery of circa a £1m of savings to authorities! And that was just for starters.
We welcomed over 100 local authority delegates to our autumn Annual Training Event and managed to raise around £13k for our North West Charity-North West Air Ambulance.
By enhancing and improving what we are doing for you and adding new events and collaborations we hope that
2012 proves to be an even greater success and with your support I'm sure it will be.
