Barristers Peter Dixon, John Waiting and Simon Whitfield from Exchange Chambers will look at recent cases of significance on rates, the latest avoidance schemes, enforcement issues and matters arising from the Community Infrastructure Levy.   They will also share personal experience of cases they have dealt with in the last 12 months.

Coffee/registration will be at 9.15am, with a 9.30am start.  The seminar should last around 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours
