Please join us for this in person Procurement Workshop, delivered by our Partner law firms Browne Jacobson and Capsticks at Browne Jacobson’s office in Manchester. Registration from 9.30am with the first session starting at 10.00am.
Session 1: Saved by the audit trail – when documenting key procurement decisions really matters
This session will look at three key areas in a procurement process where having a robust audit trail can make a difference. It will cover the use of preliminary market engagement, managing conflict of interests and designing the procurement procedures:

Session 2: Moderation, evaluation and mitigating the risk of legal challenge
This workshop will explore practice advice and measures authorities may implement to ensure a robust evaluation process, particularly where there is a shift in initial evaluator views. The session will also explore typical grounds for challenge and practical steps authorities may take to protect themselves.
