Framework Panels

SOLICITORS FRAMEWORK PANELS

The panels operated under the framework, listed in Lot order, are as follows:

Lot 1 – Civil Litigation, Prosecutions and Regulatory

To include, but shall not be limited to general civil litigation, judicial review, construction litigation, negligence proceedings, possession proceedings, licensing appeals and employment advice and litigation.

Lot 2 – Property, Planning and Environment

To include, but shall not be limited to all environmental, conveyancing, planning, housing law, regeneration, and highways advice.

Lot 3 – Corporate Governance, Ethical Standards and Information Law

To include, but shall not be limited to organisational governance issues, member code of conduct, local authority decision making, local authority powers and duties, data protection advice including advice on use of social media by councillor’s or third parties involving the Council/council officers.

Lot 4 – Projects, Procurement, Commercial and Construction

• To include, but shall not be limited to, all commercial contracts and company law, transport regulation including light rail/tram, heavy rail and bus, ticketing, concessionary fares, state aid/subsidy control, competition law, telecommunications, information technology, digital infrastructure and communications, smart technology, construction contracts (NEC and JCT etc.).

Lot 5 – Social Care and Education

To include but shall not be limited to Adult and Children’s Social Care, SEND and Education.
