This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and able lawyer to join the in-house legal team at Warrington Borough Council on a 12 months contract to cover maternity leave

Based within the Legal Safeguarding Team you will primarily work in the area of child safeguarding

You will be a key member of the team

The post involves provision of significant levels of advocacy in the Family Court

You will need excellent communication skills, team skills and the ability to interpret legislation in a common sense and practical manner, having due regard to the Council’s legal responsibilities
