Children’s Safeguarding Lawyers (x2) 37 hours per week,   £44,539 – £51,643 inclusive of market supplement

Operating in the field of child safeguarding, from time to time you may also be expected to advise councillors and officers in the areas of adult social care and education.  The posts involve significant levels of advocacy in the Family Court.

All candidates will need excellent communication skills, team skills and the ability to interpret legislation in a common sense and practical manner, having due regard to the Council’s legal responsibilities.  We offer a supportive environment within a progressive and friendly team in a brand new state of the art building in the heart of Warrington.  We are committed to flexible working and offer a hybrid model of working with part of the week spent working from home where appropriate.
