Sefton Council’s Corporate Legal Services is comprised of four legal teams with administrative support.  The Contracts and Employment Team provide legal services provide legal services in relation to all contract and procurement issues and employment law.

We are recruiting an experienced employment lawyer (fixed term) to cover a maternity leave absence with responsibility for providing legal services in relation to all employment law related matters. The post holder will carry a busy caseload of employment law tribunal cases and day to day advisory matters, which are often complex in nature, with limited supervision.
