Our roles operate on a hybrid approach to allow flexibility between home working and office working at the Cunard Building.
What will I be doing?
As a Lawyer in Liverpool City Council you will provide legal advice and representation in areas of law of relevance to the Council including information governance and public law challenges to decisions
You will have personal responsibility for a varied caseload, and act as a subject expert, with appropriate support and supervision from a Senior Lawyer or Head of Law.
You will lead and develop a team of Legal Officers and Legal Assistants where required
You will contribute to the supervision and development of Trainee Lawyers in the team
This role reports to the Senior Lawyer for the discipline
You will work collaboratively within your team and the service to meet deadlines and achieve targets
