We’re looking for a high calibre legal officer to join our small, busy but well-regarded legal team. The right candidate will be given full support and the opportunity to make a real difference to the corporate landlord function of the Council.
This post will carry its own case load and handle the more routine aspects of property work including routine property transactions and acquisitions, disposals and leases. It will work to the senior property lawyer and assist on more complex matters.
The position is based in Ashton-under-Lyne, and is easily accessible by train, tram, bus and car from central Manchester and all surrounding areas.
