Local Land Charges Manager

36.25 hours per week.

Grade 7 £24,49 to £27,041

An opportunity has arisen for a Local Land Charges Manager to join Legal Services at Burnley Council.

You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective Local Land Charges

service to the public. Duties include maintaining and updating the Local Land Charges Register in

accordance with statutory requirements and replying to LLC1 and Con 29 enquiries.

Previous experience of working in a Local Land Charges department is essential as is knowledge of

the law relating to Local Land Charges.

Experience with using computerised systems is essential. The software package used by the Council

is IDOX TLC.

valleys of the Brun and Calder. It has a thriving town centre and is surrounded by attractive

countryside. Burnley has excellent transport links around the region including a direct train line to

Manchester.
