The Legal Section is looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious planning lawyer.

The position is for a proactive planning lawyer to deal primarily with contentious and non- contentious planning matters, drafting complex S106 agreements, and providing sound advice to Members at Planning Committee.

You will need a recognised legal qualification (e.g. a fully Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Fellow of the Institute of Legal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience).It is essential that potential applicants have experience of working in a planning environment ideally within a local authority.
