Support Lawyer – Licensing and Litigation

Cheshire East Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Licensing and Litigation Support Lawyer to join our Corporate and Regulatory Legal Team. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Licensing and Litigation Lawyer responsible for Licensing committees and conducting a substantial and varied caseload of criminal and civil litigation matters to support the Regulatory Functions of the Authority including Trading Standards, Licensing, Planning and Highways. The Suppoort Lawyer will also conduct their own case load of appropriate matters.
